500 Days of Summer actually an enjoyable romantic comedy. Definitely a cut above the standard sappy pap which get labeled as romcoms. I really liked its message that there is no magic to "love" there are no soulmates, no one is actually "meant" to be with anyone else.
Good movie, but it doesn't reinvent the wheel, and I personally didn't like how movies like this, the "quirky" indie movie are becoming a little cliched themselves. But again, overall, pretty charming film.
