Just ordered or did you receive it yesterday? Did it come with a slipcover ("O-ring")?
Its looking likely the UK set won't come with one. Its not a huge concern though, of my 8 Disney animations only one has a slip and the Fantasia/2000 slip box.

I have Bambi pre-ordered, and I'll probably order Alice in March.

@David

I got my Alice 60th AE from the US about a week ago, and it didn't come with a slip. I wasn't sure what to believe, since I got it so early, and there wasn't really any confirmation whether it had a slip or not. But the pre-release pictures certainly made it look like it had a slip, and having most of Disney's releases, they all come with one. So I contacted my supplier, and sure enough, they got a batch of slips and re-shipped me one.

The exact reason why mine didn't come with the slip, I'll probably never know, because my supplier didn't say. But I trust them, and I know there's no chance in hell they'd deliberatly remove the slip before shipping the BD to me. Makes no sense.

So I can only assume, this is Disney up to some shenanigans. I hope they've ironed out this issue, or else there's probably going to be a few pissed off customers.

Mine didn't come with a slip cover either. I can't say I'm overly fussed - I've never seen the point of them.

To each their own of course. I admit they are trivial and insignificant. The disc is what matters. But I like them though. I guess it's a matter of consistency. If I never had any of them from begin with, I'd probably not care. But they look nice on the shelf. ;)
