Well, it's nominally 1080i50, although the only content that is actually interlaced is the scrolling credits at the end of each episode. The episodes themselves are effectively progressive scan. It looks reasonably good to me, although there are far better examples of 16mm material out there (e.g. THE COUNTERFEITERS or THE EVIL DEAD).
