Slowly but surely.

Note: some section titles and all page numbers beyond Chapter 2 are placeholders, but the final structure is pretty much nailed down at this stage.

Very nice looking indeed. The subhheading titles are so intriguing. "Trophy girlfriends and monstrous women in Bird with the Crystal Plumage" immediately sets off a series of associations. Nice to see how this is going.

Many thanks for all the interest, guys. As far as I'm aware, the thesis will be made available to anyone who wants to read it on the Glasgow University web site, though I'm not sure how soon after submission that will be. In the meantime, I don't imagine there'd be a problem with me letting anyone who wants to have a PDF of it - I just need to finish the damn thing first.
